We can also support other systems but we find in most cases the problem lies external to the controller |

| We are not a stocking distributor; however, we do carry an emergency inventory of many parts which often comes in handy during weekends and holidays |

| Our normal service call rate applies any time of the day or night or weekends. Outside of our normal working hours we do impose a four-hour minimum, but we never charge time-and-a-half, double or triple time for after hours call outs |
